12/30/17 Robert from T-Mobile (Flatbush Ave in Hartford, Ct)is the best ! He's very knowledgeable and has plenty patience . Nowadays it's hard to find staff anywhere with that type of professionalism . You really went above and beyond and it's definitely appreciated. Robert, T-Mobile is lucky to have you. I had a wonderful experience at T-Modle Flatbush ave Hartford Ct.The customer service was awesome Kariisa is super excited every time a customer walks in. She has joyful soft presence. Thanks girl your a star

I went to this store recently,, because I was having a problem with the internet access through the mobile data on my Samsung S7 Edge. After explaining what the problem was, I was fortunate to be directed to Franciso R., who spent the time and effort to determine which of settings and programming options would resolve my issue. He eventually determined the problem, corrected it, and my internet access was restored. What was most impressive. was while he was helping me, he also exhibited the same patience and care while answering co-worker's questions and resolving their issues as they came up. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and I really appreciated his efforts. I sincerely hope that T-Mobile recognizes what an excellent worker and true professional they have at this location and rewards him as such.

Employee didn't want to help and told me to get a new phone. Went home and spent half a hour and fixed it myself.
