I bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mark Kline at New Country. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Mark was upfront and honest throughout the whole buying process, but also made me feel like I was buying a car from a family member. Thanks for everything, Mark!

Looking for a replacement gs350 was hard to come but luckily I came across one at New Country Motor Cars in Hartford. Unlike the others, these pictures matched what it looked like in person! Mark Kline was a pleasure to work with, especially coming from only doing private sales I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality dealership. Will be back to do business 100%.

Usually pretty bad service.  They charge a lot for service and rarely deliver good customer service.  They also promise to pay back car rental if they don’t have loaners, but regularly bumble the reimbursement or flat out don’t reimburse.

Great customer service, I was Interested in a car which I didn't purchase here but it was a 2015 e350 but came for a quick service and it was great I love this place and the people here. Nice Jamaican guy who was super cool and had an answer to every question possible
