Poor customer service skills. They just make you not want to come back cause you know you just may get some negativity. Only two people up front manager in back probably doing nothing while his front end is falling apart. Asst mgr running around and one associate. No one was on the floor. The manager must be lazy. He should have been helping out front.

Prices ok, but could use better help at the counter. Associate transposed the numbers on some rotors & had to come back to exchange after my car was already without front tires. Wasted a friend's time & gas.

Everytime I come here it's a long line and customer service sucks!

The service sucks the employees suck and have bad attitudes and its extremely slow its horrible and most of them dont know nothing about cars
