PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A THIRD PARTY T MOBILE. DO NOT GO HERE. Employees there are very unwelcoming and rude. PLEASE BE CAREFUL FOR WHEN THEY "GIVE" YOU THINGS FOR "FREE" LIKE CASES, TABLETS, SCREEN PROTECTORS, ETC. I went for a phone and they gave me a case, screen protector, and wireless charger for "free" and they ended up charging all of it to my account. The employees seemed to have made fun of me at one point recently, laughing at me for what I said. I would never come here again.

I bought a new phone, it did not work well, they reordered two other phones one after the other and they did not work either, I paid for a new phone and I took a used one and lost my time. a trick !!

Be very careful. I live in Pgh. In July this store let someone without our password and a totally different number charge over 3000 of equipment on my phone. Then actually credited these crooks instead of me. Now T mobile is saying I need to go after the store because they made the mistake. YES this is actual words from TMOBILE. Next step small claims court. Should I hire a lawyer as I want compensated for this anxiety and hours on the phone. This place needs shut down.
