T.L.Y. Nails & Spa

Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I walked in with no appointment, needed manicure & pedicure to be done in and hour and the ladies made it happen. Clean facility and price is very competitive. I've very happy with the fact that my nail polish hasn't chipped yet (when usually it does the day after because I'm a very active person and use my hands a lot for many activities). This place is great and it's definitely my new mail salon :)

It's my first time being here, and I think it will be the last time. I chose here because it's near from where I live, but I won't be coming any more. First, the staff forced me to buy the personal kit, which is $2, saying they ask every customer to buy it or you won't have tools. I've never had this situation in other nail spa! Typically, if customer doesn't want to own the personal one, the nail spa will use their public kit, which is fine for me. Second, I asked them if I can have two colors on my nails. I did it at every nail spa, as long as these two colors are the same type, there won't be any extra fees for having two different colors. BUT, T.L.Y said, they charged $5 more if I would like to have two colors. I've never had this thing happening in other spas either! The staff said it's for their extra manicure work?! At last, I only chose one color. The experience was not good AT ALL! I won't be here!

Called this morning made appt and confirmed price of gel overlay TWICE over the phone at $30. When i got there they said, not its $40, she said shellac is $30. I never asked to do shellac over the phone, i was specific and made sure to confirm price first. Zero customer service, she did not honour the $30, rude behavior. I asked for different colour on 2 nails and she said its extra $4. makes no sense, extra colour was not being used, just different colour. over priced, rude, no customer service skills. will never go again.

I've bin a paying customer for the pass 2.5yrs. I would usually text my lady to ask her if shes free on certain days...I called her and she said she forgot to text. so i asked her if it was ok to come. she said no she was busy and no time. (mind you i go in every 6 weeks). She suggested i could go to another lady she does gel also. I said ok after getting nails done...within a week my nails were disgusting...chipping and peeling from the bottom. I stopped in to show my lady and asked her if she can fix it for me as im going away next week.the nails were un keepable getting caught in my hair.She said ok come in. I came in and got them redone...from the horrible job the other staff did...and still had to pay FULL price. not even a discount... All the excuse was well i did the nails today so my time was used...I wasnt even suppose to be back today!!!!as my nails last 6 weeks not 1.5 weeks. There was no understanding on her part and there for im now no longer going back there. Im very disappointed. I could understand if i was a new customer...but im an old customer where at Christmas time i drop off chocolates as appreciation. YU MEI is superwoman!! But no understanding and No appreciation from them.

Super friendly staff, talented technicians, amazing prices and super clean facility. I go there for everything like waxing, mani and pedi, and eyelash extensions (Yu Mei is the best there is!) You need to try them!
