Top of the line gym. The facility itself is very clean and well lit. Equipment is great and clean as well. David and the other trainers are very friendly and make working out fun! Been going here for the last 3 years and it’s always improving. Would highly recommend this gym!!

This is an amazing gym tucked away in a plaza. The new owners David and Aileen have made great changes. They care passionately about the club and your fitness. Equipment has been upgraded, the facility is clean and everyone is friendly. It's most enjoyable to work out in such a friendly yet respectful atmosphere. Check it out!!

An amazing gym. But an even better owner/trainer. Go train with David. I promise, you will actually say you enjoy going to the gym!

A good gym and very pleasant staff! They have a second floor that is spacious for individual workouts. My only problem is with people blasting music after hours.

Honestly, David might be one of the greatest gym owners in the GTA. He really cares about each of the clients even if you're not signed up for personal training. Its great to see how he greets (by people's name)and encourages everyone in the gym. I'm so glad that GoodLife refused to give me the 14 days for $14 dollars deal on the day of sign up because I stumbled upon a gem. They have all the equipment that I needed, kept clean, and basically stripped of unnecessary amenities to give everyone the best price on membership, which is key when you're a student like me and on a budget.
