This place is very expensive and I got 20 unit botax and when I went there first if all they kept me waiting for 45 minit and when the owner came she tried to sell more unit to me and when i came to cash I didnt even understand how they charged me $100 more and when I had touch up appointment which is normal in any injection i just delay for 10 minit because of my altrousound appointment was delayed they canceled my appoitment and they said sorry we cant reschedule you and you are done . I want to know so many of us do botax injection did any seen no touch up appoitment after 🤔Just be careful with this clinic

I had called to book an appointment for oct 26th and to hold the appointment I had to pay $50 on my credit card which I thought was a little odd but I'm not one to miss appointments so I felt okay with doing that. I understood that you have to give 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment otherwise you would not get the $50 back. I had a family emergency today my husband had to go to the hospital having heart problems and there was no way I would make it in time so I called them to let them know the situation. To my surprise they told me I had to get a letter from the hospital to not lose the $50.00. I pleaded with madonna letting her know the stressful situation but apparently this doesn't matter and unless I brought a doctors note to them there is nothing they can do. I've worked at dermatologist clinics and high end spas for the past ten years and we had a similar set up to hold appointment times but of course in emergency situations we would NEVER implement this ever. I'm in shock by this lack of empathy and compassion on their part. We are human beings at the end of the day and we should be understanding. On top of my extremely difficult day going to the hospital with my husband I need to be treated this way. It's ridiculous and so cruel. I will never go to this clinic. The owners are clearly money hungry and heartless. I'll take my business else where. I will certainly be sharing my story with my clients warning them of this clinic. Very disappointing.
