Spa Bobos & Nails

Spa Bobo's quality is above standard nail salons in Richmond Hill. I found that at other nail salons, they don't clean or wipe your nails after filing, or shape them nicely after trimming but at Spa Bobos & Nails they're very meticulous, they trim and file very well. Their polish application is top notch and they ensure that you leave with gorgeous nails. My shellac nails have lasted a good 3 weeks. Their reception is also very friendly, easy to schedule appointments. So if you're looking to be pampered and to walk out with beautiful nails, this is your best choice!

Have been a satisfied customer since it opened years ago. Have heard people say prices are higher than other places BUT I’d rather pay more for assurance that my health is not at risk! Bobos is committed to best practices in terms of sanitization in all areas AND their staff is knowledgeable about nail care etc. I take all my visiting family and friends to Bobos and they are amazed.

Fail-proof nail salon. They never disappoint. Higher quality than most salons in Richmond Hill. The front desk reception is also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago for a pedi and my experience was amazing. I saw Albee, I'll be seeing her again. The atmosphere is very calm and the environment is very clean. Since it's COVID times, masks are required and they ask you to wash your hands with soap upon entering - I love that. Albee was super cute and so nice. My pedi looks amazing even 2 weeks later. I highly recommend this salon even though it is busy - makes sense though, they're amazing!

The only place I go to get my nails done. The staff are so professional and kind. They use new files and buffers for each client. When you make an appointment they’re always on time and don’t ever rush to finish your nails. I’ve been going to Joy for years and she always does an amazing job. Some people might find the quiet atmosphere unappealing but I find it more spa like and relaxing. Also this is my personal opinion and no one has asked me to write this review, I just feel like this is a great place to get your nails done.

What should I say, They are good but something is wrong in there. The ask you the tip. They call it “ change for lady” if I want to give a tip, I’ll pay. Why you mentioned it? If your nail breaks even after one day , for repairing they charge you! It was so abnormal for repairing they ask money. Also they charge me extra for a glue , they call it chip, for fixing a nail! $3 charge for a piece of glue stick!!!! The amount is nothing but other salons do it part of the service! They are so close to me but I don’t like to go back there!

The atmosphere is definitely more 'spa like' than most nail salons. It's a very clean, quiet place and the staff are friendly. I went for a shellac manicure and was a little frustrated. My manicurist left a huge space between the polish and my cuticle at the bottom and sides of my nails. about 25% of my nails weren't painted. I asked several times for her to redo it or fix it on the next coat of polish but she didn't. I might go back and try a pedicure here or waxing, but not for a shellac mani. I was really disappointed. And now that it's been three days since I had the service done, it looks like my nails have two weeks worth of nail grow out. Unfortunate because the atmosphere really is quite lovely.
