I brought in a certified, autographed, matted and framed picture of Vikings Hall of Fame Head Coach, Bud Grant, directly from the team website for a loan. The girl at the counter, who wasn’t even involved with the transaction, looked over and said, “It looks Photoshopped.” The man who I was working with spent about 15 minutes online, saying he couldn’t find much on this coach. I asked for $100 cash loan. He offered a $60 loan on this $300 piece of merchandise. It wasn’t necessarily the money. Both staff members seemed bored and didn’t care about trying to help out or negotiate. Bad service, not friendly or welcoming. While I was there, an older gentleman came in to ask about model trains. The girl at the counter only responded, “There aren’t many of you around anymore. Try Craigslist.” Sad how they treat people.

I understand it's a business, and they need to make money on whatever they take in, but as i'm walking out the door, I hear him talking with another employee, saying "you only paid him $20 for that?" he replied with "yeah, but he would've taken anything". you'd think they'd at least wait till you were out the door.

T&B is tops in my book. Have done business with many pawn shops over the past 40 years. This shop is the best I have ever experienced. The staff is pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, even providing information on why items are valued or priced as they are. In over 13 years, I have never had a negative experience of any kind at this business.. The store is clean, well lit and has an ongoing variety of items to purchase.

They are the best! They've helped me out with gun information & have given me great deals even when I buy from someone else but pick it up at T & B, they have checked guns over me. Great all the way around!

They don't offer much money, brought it great condition antiques that they said were worthless, took to the downtown pawn shop and was offered $300. These people might wanna rethink their day job. I'd like to add that their customer service is awful, the entire store smells terrible, and they are more expensive than the down town pawn shop. Iron Hills is far better.
