T & B Lock And Door Service

I had a bad experience with this company. I was overcharge 200.00 from a tech that was sent to my house to put 2 locks on my doors. When I called the company to clear this up, they wouldn't listen and said I was mistaken. They are scammers. I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

had two keys made... they made them the wrong size... tried to return them around 3-5pm and they were always closed..very unhappy

Excellent..Fast service. Very competitive..I had a issue with a cold..Old front door lock ..I was given options for my budget and they came over within 2 hours! Thanks guys😊

I STRONGLY suggest anybody reading this review to not use this service. I called for service on a locked residential door. Was quoted $45 appointment fee and around $55 service fee over the phone. Fine, I needed the door open and keys were locked on the inside. Guy comes 30 minutes after he said he would show up (he called in advance to confirm, saying he was near, but he was not). Then he couldn't actually pick the lock for me, so he took the doorknob off and got the mechanism to unlock. Great. Turns out he's charging me $145 plus tax, so $167 total. For unlocking a door an hour and a half after calling for help. Suggestion: just break the door down and cut your losses. They take your credit card and relay it to a dispatcher on the other end of the phone, including your security code. Again, I strongly suggest you go somewhere more legitimate that is up-front with prices.

Great service and quick responses to emails and questions. However when getting my key duplicated i was told it was going to be "security key" a higher price then a regular key. He asked i write a review on the business and offer me a lower price. Seemed like a good deal until i got home and the keys didnt work on my lock. I wouldve been down $60+if he hadnt offered a deal to me. I went to Canadian tire shortly after no problem getting working keys.
