Ron Smuk Enterprises Ltd

I have no doubt in my mind that Ron knows everything there is to know about locks, safes, alarms and whatever else he deals with in his business. However, Ron will not be getting my business nor will I remotely recommend him to anybody because he is an arrogant hothead who likes to hear himself talk and dominate conversations with a raised tone of voice. Not to mention condescending remarks that have little to do with the task at hand. I observed this behaviour not only to myself but to a customer before me and after said customer left the store. Yes, he was talking behind the customers back to other customers after they left. And I assume he had a lot to say about me after I left as well. It is difficult to do business with this type of person because they are so busy talking and inflating their ego that one can't keep track of anything else. I encourage anyone who is skeptical about my review or any other on here to walk into his shop and experience this first hand. The 2 star average here is not yet low enough to accurately represent the customer experience this business provides.

If i can give this guy negative 5, I would. I have never met a person who did not care what I had to say. He just wanted me to drive to his store. He did not care if he had the part, or if he could fix it. I had dealt with him before an i would figure his attitude would change. Its gotten worse. Save your money and your headaches. Shop elsewhere.

Went in asking about a skeleton key for an old door in my house and the guy who works here said they are hard to get and went on a rant about how kids these days go to car shows and use skeleton keys to key the sides of the cars. Hes very rude and didnt answer my question at all, just tried to make me believe i had to replace the whole knob system in the door which was ridiculous! Found out later they sell skeleton keys a lowes! Never going back here!

I received a key to my new business. Ron made the key and scratched off the identification number on it so that Home Hardware wouldn't be able to copy it. He charges more than three times what they charge. Absolutely unprofessional, cheap tactics to force people in his door by preying on people who need to make a business run.
