Got locked out of my room, the technician was over at my place in 10 minutes. Pricing was reasonable at just over a hundred dollars. I would use their services again if I ever need them again.

OUTRAGEOUS PRICES! I paid a whopping $175 for a 2 hour wait and a simple 1 second solution to my locked bedroom door. On the phone, they said only around $60-100, but this was almost $200. This price is outrageous and covers my entire living costs for the month. As a poor student, I cannot afford this. The locksmith was professional but showed no empathy when robbing my money. I will never use this service from here again. Extremely dissatisfied.

Excellent service! The technician, Jay, is hardworking, honest, and friendly. It's a bit pricey for me, but then so will other locksmiths so I'd say it's fair pricing for the trade. I should've bought my own hardware and then have it professionally installed. Nonetheless, happy with the result and will use them again!

Eli came out within an hour or two of my call and an hour or two after that my ignition was fully functional once again! Great service but definitely on the pricier side, as others have mentioned. That being said, if I was ever in a pinch like this again, i'd definitely consider giving these folks a call.

I contacted Eli last week to get a new programed smart key for my Toyota Prius. He requested payment in advance and immediately issued a receipt. A few day later he contacted me and turned up with the remote. There were issues with the programming because of complications caused by monkeying around and virtual destruction of the original key by the dealership why I had to call him in the first place.. What should have been a twenty minute operation ended up taking two hours of his time. He completed the job without additional charge. Thanks to Eli I now have a smart key that does what it is supposed to at a fraction of what the dealer quoted. Eli is honest, professional,reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this service. He will not let you down
