This is a perfect restaurant for spicy food lovers! Went there with my friends for dinner and tried some of their most favorite dishes they all taste awesome for me!! To pick the best, I would strongly recommend their spicy pork and broccoli! Overall delicious meal. The dry pot pork was a bit overcooked, but the szechuan cauliflower and pork kidney dishes were perfect. Food arrived quickly and environment is clean.

Excellent place for szechuan food. Favorite dishes are the dry chilli chicken, dry fried intestines, grilled cumin lamb, and the szechuan cauliflower. Place can get busy on weekends and prepare for a long wait for your food when the place is packed. We always try to avoid going there on weekend nights as their service really suffers during busy times. Other than that, a really good place for szechuan. Not recommended for those who can't handle spicy foods.

Probably the best Chinese food place out there, specifically for those who like spicy food. I'm unsure why is this place rated so low, because I've had a lot of Chinese food from all over Vancouver, and by far their's is the best Chinese food I've had in Vancouver till date. Each and every dish was good. The only reason I'm taking one star away is because their service is super slow. The food didn't arrive together, arrived one by one, and it took almost 50 mins for all the dishes to reach our table. Servers don't check on your table if you need anything else. Also, the restroom ran out of soap and they didn't refill it again for the whole service that night.

Ok the food is not that bad its decent, but the cleanliness is horrible, also dont go look in the kitchen. Ask your food to be prepared with half the salt unless you are into salt.

Yo!! this place is a TRIP.. Food = 6.5 / 10 Service = 1 / 10 Cleanliness = 1 / 10 First off, the service here is out of this world bad. It's like they pride theirselves in poor customer service. We came on a Friday at 6:00, and all of the 8 tables were full of people. There was ONE person serving us all. On top of that, she wasn't even giving us her full attention, she was running in and out of the kitchen and also handling payment AND also handling food delivery pickups and phone calls. Many people just ended up grabbing cutlery and napkins from the table nearby as they couldn't get the attention of the "waitress" As for the food, it was a mix of good and bad. I really enjoyed the spicy/sour fish soup because the fish was fresh and came out of the fish tank. They also had a nice beef shank / intentestine dish that was tasty. However a couple of dishes were notably bad. They had this stir fried beef w/ cumin and the beef was very chewy and obviously a bit stale. Also, the thousand chilli chicken dish, was terrible. The chicken pieces were TINY and many of them were mostly just chunks of bones. The pieces that did have meat were incredibly small and because of the way it was cooked, the meat ended up being so dry. I've had this dish at many other szechuan restaurants and it's much more tender / juicy eg. Peaceful Restaurant, S&W pepper house in Crystal Mall . The cleanliness and decour of the restaurant was atrocious. There was pieces of cardboard covering the windows all over the place. It looked like some crack house or some hostage situation where the criminals don't want the police to see inside the building.... Also, one of the fish tanks water was super dirty. I'd recommend only doing pick up at this place as it seems impossible to get decent service here.

Food was delicious. If you like Authentic Szechuan style, you should not miss this one. A bit short staffed, the service was slow, food didn’t come at the same time. Still happy overall.

Keep in mind I only ordered two items for take out, hardly representative, but I must say I don't share the rave reviews of others. I ordered the cumin lamb and Dandan noodles. I used to live near a Peaceful location in Vancouver and was jonesing for some Dandan. let's start there. The noodles were decent, not made in house, so nothing special. It's an entré so the minced pork in the dish is quite limited. The sauce wasn't bad, but needed thickening I added some natural peanut butter. That was the best part of my meal. The cumin lamb was quite salty, and very over seasoned, though the texture was ok. There were two small flecks of green pepper. I did not dine in, but the place is far from clean. That said, the lower level was fairly busy for 5:30 on a week night. People clearly like this place, but I didn't. Also there is a surcharge for the take out containers -$0.94 for the two dishes 3 containers. Checking against 1000 piece order on Alibaba, it's about a 50% mark up and they're not eco-friendly.

The food is nice but the service can be better! Will definitely come back again.
