Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Poor waitress was run off her feet serving the entire dining room. Very little support was offered to her. They had run out of supplies for a few of their menu items but we did not find this out until everyone else had received their meals. Coffees arrived after meals. Management needs to be evaluated or retrained. All staff should be supporting each other. Other than that, the food was delicious and served with a healthy portion of appologies for our poor overworked waitress who smiled through it all.

1 hour later and no order taken yet .... even when they're told ahead of time that a large sports team was coming after lunch hour. Honestly terrible compared to other restaurants that handled us during a dinner rush. Found out that the manager mentioned the restaurant could handle the large group ... and the moment we arrived, she barely got one person an hour before we arrived. Wut? The restaurant maybe clean but the severe lack of service and organization just made us swear off Swiss Chalet. In a quick summary... it's a homey old style family restaurant that reminds you of an old steak house from the 90s. As for food, simple heavily salted fried food. It has a bit of grease so if you're looking for healthy options, this is not the place for you. Actually, safe to say, it's not for anyone. In the end, it took over 2 hours of late orders, missing dishes, and forgotten drinks to finally leave. Best part of the experience, seeing the doors as we exit.

Take out at 4:30 should better as it was not busy but I Had to ask for my ten bucks change and fries were raw. Shame it was my favorite Swiss chalet. Never had bad service when I sat in.

I had the two can dine coupon. The food is always really good and it's pretty reasonably priced. The drive through line and wait time for pick up can be long though.
