Well, I have been to this location 8 times. This Burger King is just okay. The food could be hot off the grill, but it's not. (French fries soggy) Barely warm just edible. Week day-time shift (Monday to Thursday) just okay; All other shifts avoid at all cost. But in all cases washroom, tables, and floors are dirty even when no line ups.

The employees are polite especially Kainat and Sierra.  They were so helpful. They engaged in polite conversation while I waited for my meal😊

the food was pretty dry and it was dirty everywhere.  I was there before and everything was good those times . maybe next time will be better

I've always had great service in the drive thru, and the employees have been super friendly. Except I would avoid going in at all costs, to avoid a certain older woman who treats customers like they're a nuisance and unwanted.
