10 piece family meal - I wanted this meal, but because your store did not have any dark meat - the guy said I would have to pay addition $ 7.00 - why is is my fault you don’t have dark meat - well I said that’s not fair and the guy said sorry this is our price.. I told him to keep his food ..I will never never go back to this restaurant ever again.. 20 years of being a customer is now gone. Went across to Swiss chalet and it was delicious.

I ordered a two piece chicken dinner tonight and had to wait around 20 minutes considering there was one or two people working. The woman seemed swamped with online orders as well as walk-ins. Though I wasn't too happy with the wait, the food that I received was absolutely cooked to perfection!!!! Probably the best Chick n Joy I have ever eaten. I actually called in to thank the woman for making such delicious food. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank again:D

Today was the worst day I experience ever, this lady had the audacity to walked by me while I was waiting in line. Due to Covid rules only 3 people are allowed in the store at once.This lady walked by she felt so entitled that she couldn’t even asked me if i was waiting in line. The workers really didn’t even say anything when she came in there when there was always 3 people in the store. I patronize this chicken joy for years I pretty much spent thousands throughout the years.

First time eating at Chick n not. Chicken was nice and crunchy. Big pieces. All the salads tasted good too. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. I ordered the 16 piece chicken dinner. Took 30 mins of waiting to get it. : I'll still go back and give it another try of course :

The cashiers are friendly. Their fish sandwich is VERY AMAZINGcompliments of my daughter but they often mess up the orders. If you're going in store to order check to make sure everything is correct before you leave!

Chicken is so damn juicy and fries portions is generous. Gravy on the side is a nice touch. But the chicken was too salty in my opinion.

Personally, I prefer chick n joy over any other chicken joint. The chicken isn't as salty as Popeyes, and the biscuits are amazing! The fries lack a bit of flavour and don't taste the greatest, but everything else is great. I can't complain about the customer service either. I've never had an issue with any of the employees at any location I've been to.

Love this place since you can order either just white meat or dark meat. I only order dark meat for fried chicken and question anyone who enjoys white meat fried chicken. The Filipinos provide excellent service with the Sir and Ma'am as a nice touch. Order a bucket for your weekend meal. You'll enjoy it.

I would not even jeopardize the awesome service at this Chick-N-Joy! This restaurant is and stays clean! The modern decor is wonderful. I will certainty return.

Today I stopped by to quench a craving for some decent fried chicken and gravy. Though It's fair to say I got a bit more than what I had been craving. To get to the point: I rarely go to Chick-n-Joy these days because of a bad experience at some other locations. This particular location does have a main good report if I were to reference it, despite a few mis-haps. The girl who was working the counter today was of a kind and helpful manner. She admitted that her stock was dwindling with tiny pieces we came in the dinner rush, and she compensated to give us some extra chicken and buttermilk biscuits. Bonus! I'd recommend this location to anyone desiring some fairly good fried chicken. They don't ruin their chicken in salt or over-seasoning like most locations; or give you horrible fries like some. Even the gravy is good, and not soupy. Definitely a good experience, even for a fast-food chain.
