Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

I will go on the record and state this one of the better Swiss Chalet in Kitchener - Waterloo and I will even say in this post say it far better by a mile the Swiss Chalet at the Boardwalk... as it real make the Boardwalk Swiss Chalet look sad and pathetic!! The food quality is awesome at this location and the staff is awesome as well!

Service was really bad. Waited more than 20 minutes just to have 2 drinks delivered and the dining room was not busy. We left and won't be returning.

Garbage food, was enjoying my meal that i got delievered to my house till i took a bite out of my chicken and noticed it was bloody. I dont mean the pink stuff some chicken have by the bone i mean bright red patches of blood, i almost threw up. Definitely didnt eat anymore after that... My boyfriend thankfully didnt bite into it but opened it up to notice the exact same thing BLOODY CHICKEN. So i highly recommend if you get any type of chicken to throughly inspect in. DEAD SERIOUS. (2 quarter chicken dinners white meat) is what i got. Also to top it off called the resteraunt 10 mins after i got it . The lady seemed very sorry about it and promised me 2 free meals to make up for it under my name on file in that resteraunt. I havent been back or called in 2 weeks finally did and they say THERES NOTHING IN FILE. So literally said they couldnt help me. Moral of that story they didnt comply.. Ive only ever ordered from this swiss chalet once in my life and received bloody chicken. So seriously people be careful !! Another swiss chalet is highly recommended. Avoid this one as im going too ! 😣😣😣

I will no longer go to Swiss Chalet. Every time I do it's a disappointment. Service blows, redeeming scene points is a joke and a scam. How about advertising $10 increments for scene MIGHT be a good idea I suggest you eat where they actually care about their customers.. Never again.. Any good reviews on here are fake.
