KFC

It is KFC but don't expect anything nice. The young child mannager was worse than the staff. The girl in the front who has been there for a while was so nice and when they forgot my order and served everyone else she told the manager. He did not seem to care he just said oops and they made the food. The same manager had his personal music on the phone as he showed someone how to clean the floor. The girl at the front offered me a dessert for my wait and was so nice but it took my food forever. Other staff was swearing and being so inappropriate. Don't bring kids here

By far, the worst fast food I’ve ever had. The chicken was not cooked well done and it was not a fresh meat!! the store was just cleaned before we moved in, so too slippery!

Would rate a no star if I could. Went shortly after dinner time tonight to get some chicken... for them to tell me they were sold out for the night. Sold out of several chicken items and said you could only get the chicken bowls or fries. Yup... you read that right a KFC sold out of chicken! With over 4 hours left before closing! Tons of workers (maybe 8-10) all talking and sitting on phones... clearly to lazy to make chicken. Will never return never return to this location. Can't believe the owners pay these kids not to work or make food.

The store was staffed by a young staff that was inexperienced. It was more like a party place instead of a workplace. The dining area had all dirty tables and garbage on the floor. 2 staff members walked by the garbage and did not acknowledge it. We ordered extra crispy and were told a 20 minute wait. We agreed and when the kitchen staff was told extra crispy they were upset as they would now have to do work. When asked who the manager was, the staff had no idea and just said Brenda. No contact info for her. If I was a KFC representative I would be ashamed to call this a KFC restaurant. The manager of this store should be ashamed of the performance of their staff and condition of the store.

Poor customer service. Used the drive through and when I got home the items from my order were missing. Called the store. Nothing they can do. All clients are expected to check their drive through orders as soon as they receive it. I had ordered for 5 people. So the expectation was for me to go through two bags of food product in the dark (after sunset) while sitting in my car!
