Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

This is literally the worst Swiss Chalet. The server started off being rude to us about using a coupon. First takes our drink order and then comes back 10 minutes later to tell us they are out of the drinks that we ordered. Finally takes our food order and then comes back almost 20 minutes later to tell us that they ran out of white meat for the night (it was 7:30pm on a Friday how does this happen??) We say we will just have dark meat then and she asks us what we ordered as if she had no idea. 20 minutes later the manager returns to say that the kitchen lost our order and it’s just being put in now so he will just comp the whole thing. That was the only positive point but then at the end of the meal the server brings us a bill for our appetizer which I used wasn’t included when he said “the whole thing”. To top it off the food didn’t even come out correctly and we could overhear our waitress complaining to her coworker that she wasn’t going to get a tip because the whole thing was comped. Regardless of who’s mistake any of this was she was rude through the entire process, had she been a decent human being she would have received the tip for the whole meal even if it was comped. All of this happened while there were maybe 5 other tables filled in the restaurant. We live near this location but next time we will drive to a location that understands the value of customer service and knows how to properly order supplies to keep their kitchen appropriately stocked.

Lots of food. Order came with more than enough fries. Everything was hot and cooked well and brought out promptly. Nice decorations for the time of year. A little chilly but you warm up once you start eating. Server was excellent. Asked for stuff and it was brought in a nice amount of time.

Slow service. Dirty tables and restroom. Slippery floors. I'm very confused about the design concept of this store, or what the company was thinking. -The interior design, lighting, and fixtures of this store are so poorly conceived and executed. Who came up with this design - think a mix between an old hospital cafeteria and a feeding pen for livestock. Did the designers give up, or shop at a parts bin of builder grade materials???. Take your hot date to a newer Wendy's or Mcdonald's instead. These fastfood options are more classy, comfy, and clean.

Mom ordered a Caesar salad and did not get it till 10min after the rest of us got our food already. Then they brought us an order that was for someone else. Does not even deserve a 1 star.

Very bad server quality. The server not into it and they got the food confused! The server also had a horrible attitude and filled the Sunday we order only 1 quarter full. Never going here again.😠👿😠😠😠👿does not even deserve a 1 star. the local guides at this location that give 5 starts are probably the people working here this deserves to be a 1 star place.
