Staff was polite and hard working but the food is very sub standard, tasted like it was prepackaged and reheated.

It's always yummy when we come for chicken. The Multigrain buns were a little rubbery this time, But it was still very good.

Since our last visit to SC several years ago, it was nice to see the addition of rotisserie beef to the menu along with the chicken and ribs.

Our lovely server Faith not only was amazingly pleasant but she handled our needs for allergy sensitive meal for myself with kindness and grace. Even the GM came out to ensure that the options selected would be ok and the kitchen would be made aware to be careful of cross contamination. When the meal came, there had been some issue with the side, but again the GM and made things right. Thank you Bus and your entire team for an amazing night out during our vacation.
