Panago Pizza

Best quick service Pizza restaurant in town. If you like a more simplistic pizza they have a walk in deal for a large pepperoni or cheese pizza for 10 bucks. Only downside is that you have to order it inside the restaurant. I recommend you do not order by phone as it connects you to their national call center in Toronto and you get terrible customer service. Best way to order is in the store where the customer service is great or online through their website.

I love panago and it hurts me to give it a 4 star, but the staff was hard to talk to when asking Questions and ordering.

Ridiculous. I called panago at 930pm to place and order for pick up. I didn't have my wallet on my so I asked to give my information over the phone. The man told me that his manager would have to call me back after 5-10 minutes, and that if he didn't, to call back because my order wouldn't be submitted without that confirmation. 15 min went buy so I called back to confirm, this employee then proceeded to put my on hold for 2 minutes before coming back and saying that his manager would call me asap. An additional 10minutes went buy with no reply, at this point it was 10pm and I was home and able to grab my wallet.. I called back to tell them to disregard the payment approval and that I would just pay at the location.. she told me that she wasn't able to submit my order without calling customer care because my order was placed on hold. She left me on hold for 15 minutes and told me that someone would call me right away. No on ever did. It is now midnight , panago is closed, and I'm so so disappointed with the service I received tonight. Seriously rethinking ordering from panago again. Disappointed

i used to love panago however with the experience i had today over the phone, i'm not so sure i like it that much anymore. i told her i lived in regina saskatewan when she asked and then responded quite rude with "thank you for you educating me on geography i'm gonna go now bye" right before hanging up. good food tho.
