Spending family time for lunch is awesome, coupled with comfort food like Swiss Chalet is priceless. The store manger spent time introducing him and highly recommended the Nashville Hot, as it’s a limited time promotion. The heat was just right and the coleslaw was an added touch. I am glad they extended it and I will surely be back to try the ice cream version. Great food, great service!
The meal was delicious, starting off with a chicken noodle soup that was 9/10, a half rack of back ribs with the amazing sauce and the wonderful plump garlic green beans, Sonia was a great waitperson, and the lemon meringue pie was definitely a chef's kiss. This is the best Swiss Chalet I've been to in the Greater Toronto Area, I'd highly recommend this place. I enjoyed my dinner, which was a bowl of soup, quarter chicken dinner white with fries, and a slice of pie. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting quote a long time for our food, our pie and basic service. For my pie, I was really craving a slide of pecan pie, but they didn't have it, nor did they have apple pie. I could only choose between lemon meringue or coconut cream pie. Overall, the slow service, the lack of pie choice, I still give it 4 stars.
Ordered food from here, taste was okay, but they crammed my pizza and poutine in one box, there were fries and cheese curds all over my pizza and it hand blended in with the cheese. For the amount of money I paid for this it didn’t seem fair. Go for dine in, don’t order take out they might pack your order up like this. I don’t know where the bottom of the gravy container for the poutine has been and it was right on my slice of pizza touching the food. Update:- They addressed my issue and had it resolved right away, They do take customer issues seriously and made sure It got resolved right away.
Sonia was an amazing server. Very polite, she had great customer service skills, she made our dine in experience very pleasant. She put a smile on our faces. Happy knowing there are people as great as her making our experience just as great! Thank you Sonia!

Julie was the best hostess I've have in a long while. She is very confident and a plasure to be around my family of 3. Enjoyed our dinner s o much. Looking forward to our next meal. Thank you for your fantastic service. And positive attitude. Kid-friendliness: She will be the best mom ever.

Ordered a family meal for takeout, chicken was severly overcooked, wings were burnt and not edible, breast was dry and barely edible
Gravy was the only thing that was decent about the meal my wife ordered. I knew we should have gotten Burger Priest. Yes it’s 39.99 ordering and you just get two burger meals but it’s solid food and it’s good food. This was more expensive and yeah it came with more but more of garbage food is still garbage. Straight up old people food. Everything was mush and salt.
