5 Forks Restaurant

This is a great place to come the menu is quite good and the food is on point. Beer on tap is decent selection and is cold. However, the steak bites are way off. It would be better to crisp them like burnt ends and not in a saucy soup bowl : but definitely not a deal breaker for coming here with friendly staff and good ambiance.

Visited for the first time from the States. Service was great - got seated immediately and our waitress was warm and friendly. Sat in the bar area in a spacious but cozy booth. Lighting was low but there were big screen TVs to entertain and keep it from being too dark. I enjoyed the Malbec Bodega, Argentina; the Prosciutto and Arugula Flatbread was super delicious, and my family thought the Fork Chicken and Fork Burger was fantastic. My steak was okay - it lacked flavor but that seems to be a northern thing steaks in MN were the same - pretty plain, but the accompanying shrimp had a great flavor profile. We would definitely come back again!

Great spot right next to the hotel we were staying at and you get 15% food discount. We had the steak salad and spicy chicken cashew bowl and they were both excellent. Steak was done medium rare perfectly! Dessert was chocolate caramel cheesecake . yummy too. Took a star off as they seemed to want to direct everyone to the restaurant area and not the bar/lounge area. They said all the table were booked 2 were occupied? it was about 7 so not sure. We were happy to sit at the bar…we like to watch the sports, but she had to get permission from the bartender?? We sat there and the bartender provides us with excellent service, but I watched as the hostess continued to this as guests came in … even single older travellers who probably preferred to sit at the bar. Didn’t appear to be a staffing issues…there were lots around. Just a thought to try to accommodate customers sitting preference

I ordered takeout and was pretty happy with everything. Best garden salad I’ve ever had - excellent balsamic dressing. Wings were ok soggy but it’s takeout so what can you expect, onion rings were very good, steak bites were so yum. My boyfriends super picky and they accommodated all his needs with the buffalo chicken sandwich. 4 stars because of prices seem a little high for what it was.

Absolutely beautiful Patio and the food was SUCH A SPECTACULAR experience!!! We had the steak and shrimps! Also ordered the Thai chicken bites as starters. Had the mojitos and beers. Then we got dessert as well. For dessert, they only had the cheesecake. It was really delightful and the timing from ordering to getting our meals was very quick. We will definitely be revisiting!

I recently visited 5 Forks and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed! The food was delicious, prepared fresh and with great flavors. The waitstaff was extremely polite and efficient and had my order ready in no time. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a dinner date or family dinner. Overall, I highly recommend 5 Forks to anyone looking for good food fast service and a great atmosphere.

Delicious food and great service! The only thing that was a little disappointed was when I got into the restaurant some items I was craving from online menu were not available anymore. But not a big deal! I really loved everything about there, service, food, drinks, atmosphere. I absolutely recommend the chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto. Extremely tasty!

When I asked the bartender for very common drinks that weren't on the menu she had no idea how to make them. I had to instruct her and still ended up with a poor version. The server did nothing to enhance the visit. She seemed very bored and uninterested with her job . She did the bare minimum. When we asked any questions she answered yes or no or one word answers with no explanations and would promptly leave. The food was OK except the fries which seemed frozen packaged Will not return as we prefer a more interesting experience with better qualified staff.

Our server was great. She was friendly, timely, and accommodated us right away when it started raining. I will go back for drinks on the patio!! As for the food - For being such simple dishes ordered the food was mediocre. I would like to go back and try entrees again as it has been years. None of us were overwhelmed by our dishes. However, being a locally owned restaurant I will try again.

Great restaurant. The kitchen staff, always makes the food fresh. If a plate is even 5 mins old, they will re-fire the meal. Great owners also, great ppl to work for. Never had a single dollar missing from my paycheque.
