Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

We had a heavset blonde waitress who never told us   her name.worst exerience ever she messed up on literally everything and was rude.this was on dec 30 i couldnt beleive they had hired such a slobb to work there.if you ever go there and get her run and dont look back lol

Good food and appetizers are great for a quick and tasty snack with friends.   Staff friendly and this visit made helpful suggestions to save us some $$.  Kudos to thoughtful staff.

What one expects of a Swiss Chalet in terms of food and was very clean and with great service

They no longer have water bowls to clean your hands. We asked our waitress for wipes and she said we don't give them out in the dining room. 
Spent $83.75 and when we went to give her our scene card (which she did not ask for) told us once we paid she couldn't take the scene card.
Not very helpful staff at the kept road location:(
