Tony's Donair & Pizza

We travelled from Cape Breton and didn't feel like stopping for a sit down meal so ordered from here to be delivered to the hotel. I should have hung up as soon as the person on the phone had a terrible time understanding/answering my questions. However, I ordered pizza and wings. It arrived in approx 35 mins (at which point the delivery guy asked if we wanted our change- we were giving it to him anyway but that is not the point) which is totally fine if that's how long it takes to prepare quality food, which was not the case here. The wings were so burnt and dry we weren't sure if we had taken a bite of meat or bone. We brushed it off because we understand things happen sometimes. So we moved on to the pizza, which was raw, the dough was not cooked at all. It was late so I sent them a Facebook message, as their page states is acceptable, telling them of our issues, it was read but I didn't even get so much as a sorry in return. Will never consider giving them our business again.

Waited 1 hour for food, then wasnt completed, when called again for our actual food was told sorry and they'd be there in 30 minutes, took over an hour, no offer for a refund or anything. Pizza was also undercooked. Horrible.

We searched Halifax for best Donair places, and somehow this place was our first stop. Our donair was fine, although there was no working spit to carve the meat off of. Service was pretty slow, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant.
