Pizza Pizza

Pizza is pretty decent for price but the service is terrible. Last time I ordered online they didn't give my husband the correct drinks and dips. This time it's been at least an hour ordeal so far. First I put the order in online and it never took and of my selections. Then I called head office and put the order in again. When my husband went to check on the status of the pizza they told him they could not begin the order until they had confirmation. This was after about 13 minutes. So I called head office again, and they said they would put the confirmation in and I verified that after 7 more minutes my order would be free. My father in law is now in the store checking into our order which they said will be another 10 minutes and are arguing with him saying the order will not be free. Head office is being called once again. This whole ordeal is mind blowing. I've never had to deal with a pizza place that when you call you are directed to a head office in Ontario. This is absolutely ridiculous and we will not be returning. In the end we were made to pay for the pizza. I've never seen or experienced such terrible customer service.

I really only ever order from here when I do get pizza.There pizza is always on point and there deals are always great.. I don’t think I have ever had a problem with any of my orders

Pretty decent and cheap. The best part though is how speedy it is. 4 stars because there is better pizza around, but not bad for "fast food" pizza

I thoroughly enjoy the pizza from Pizza Pizza. It's not greasy, it's never soggy, and I really enjoy the ratio of sauce to toppings. The prices are also very fair and their garlic dipping sauce is amazing. It's definitely one of my preferred pizza places!

So I order a garden veggie pizza from Pizza Pizza and they send me a Mediterranean one. Numerous phone calls later they refuse to do anything about it so I passed the pizza on to someone else. Also had ordered cheese garlic fingers and got garlic sticks, passed those on too but hey, I kept the dip, what could go wrong with the dip right?! It was a balsamic dip...my most hated flavor! Give me anything but balsamic! I ordered from Freemans and got exactly what I ordered so all is good now lol. Do you suppose Pizza Pizza is ever getting my money again?
