Drive thru where they talk so fast. Very over priced and not worth it and should be $7 NOT $17.50, still can't believe that and feel very ripped off. Wrong bun used and meat very dry and falls out all over, so unable to eat as a sandwich which I ordered. Handful of french fries squished by dipping sauce. Absolutely never again and they have now lost a long time customer for good!!
Lovely place. The staff was so sweet!
Food was Luke warm mash potatoes wouldn't melt butter in them roast beef was burnt like they put it on the grill to heat it . Coffee was stale . Soup was sent back twice to reheat it.we come in as a group of 12 people and leave wondering if we r coming back again. We are local and try to support all existing restaurants. Better luck next time .
We met with family, 10 in all for evening meal. Our server was polite, freindly, helpful and attentive. Food quality was very good, and goid value.Food: 5/5
Food was excellent! Staff was very pleasant. However the establishment is definitely showing its age. No soap in the restrooms and a dozen other signs that show that management should be more attentive to the ambiance.
The solid wood frame is decorated with warm and attentive service and very delicious food, which is simply fantastic and we will come again.

Sad quarter chicken dark meat, with shrimp, far too expensive for this lunch. With so many options to dine out, Swiss Chalet needs to improve their quality of chicken.
Drove all the way there to find out the restaurant was closed and drive through was the only thing open. There was a sign posted on the door that both Swiss chalet and Harvey's restaurant were closed due to shortage of staff. There were several cars parking and walking to the door as well. We wanted to sit down and enjoy or food at a table. Very disappointing.
