How is this value real?! Friend said this place had good food. He did not mention the crazy prices. My steak was so good and wow, that corn was flavourful but the price was so good. If I had known I would have come hungry enough for the steak and lobster special! Atmosphere fun and festive, family friendly. Highly recommend.
Food here is very good. Love the honey garlic wings, burgers are of high quality too, bacon is crispy! Garlic Pan bread with extra cheese on top is a must have
The food was very, the burger was tasty and portions sizes were decent. Every thing was ready in a timely manner. The ice tea was a little water down but that happens. It was a good place to eat overall highly recommend it.Food: 4/5
This is a nicely decorated restaurant at highway 11 as it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in the area especially when restaurants in the Algonquin area are closed. Service is efficient and friendly. Price is reasonable and they offer special promotions of drinks on different days. Food is nicely cooked and yummy. I recommend this restaurant.
My steak and lobster were cooked perfectly. The desert was phenomenal. I have been to alot of different Chucks but I can easily say this one wasnthe best so far. My server Jordan had a gorgeous smile. She was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Passing thru this town first time and I had an excellent business lunch.
Good place to eat . Great staff and good food .. hard to beat a wed nite Rib Nite . Place was busy and thats always a good sign in my opinion. Our server Brandon took care of us really well.
If you’re in Huntsville for over 24 hours, you know you will end up here eventually. The service was lovely. The beer choice was slim. The food was well roadhouse/pub food. It doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy it however! It wasn’t our first time here and it won’t be our last. I do recommend it! Pro tip: order steak!!!
If I can put Zero star, I will do it! Here is what I experienced: Two friends and I went there on a busy Saturday afternoon around 2:20pm. We are starving. One of my friend is a regular customer of Chuck’s but didn’t try this location before. He ordered a New York steak medium rare. Another friend and I was recommended by the waitress to order their peppercorn steakmedium, the waitress said it was quite popular and their fries were super crispy. We waited for our food more than 1 hour and two tables,who came after us, got their food 10 minutes before us. Anyway, we finally got our foods, all three steaks were over cooked, the taste of my peppercorn steak was different with another friend’s and mine was extremely spicy. I understand the peppercorn sauce is spicy but I bet most of people can’t eat that steak otherwise they will go to emergency due to stomach burning. The fries were dry and soft. We complained to the waitress she didn’t introduce her name to us she was like…. I don’t care, she said what you guys want me to do? Do you want to talk with my manager? Never expected that answer. The manager offered us an option which was asking cook to re- cook the food for us. It was almost 4 pm we had to go back to Toronto for flights. We can’t wait another 30 minutes. We told the manager that we pay the New York steak but need to be refunded for those two peppercorn steaks. He said okay and at the same time, he took the plates away and disappeared. 5 minutes later, We asked for bills, no one came to take it. Leaving the restaurant, putting 30 dollars cash on the table. Feeling like so upset and disappointed, very first time to experience such an awful service.
We were in town for a hockey tournament with a group of 60 people. Right from the day I called to reserve to the moment we left we had nothing but great service. Staff were very accommodating. Food was great, prices even better! Thank you for serving us, especially on a busy day like St. Patrick's Day!
This is a nice place to eat. The food is very reasonably priced and was tasty. I had the cheeseburger, it looked fantastic but was a little over done. I still had no problem finishing the whole thing. I would also have no problem visiting Chucks again. The service was perfect.Food: 4/5
