Fabulous food. Perfectly cooked. Cathy is one of the best servers we have ever had anywhere. Chicken Parmigiana is to die for. Great salads and soups. Great value for the amount and quality. Worth the drive to Huntsville.

I've never been yelled at by a server before but today it happened. Cathy who claims to be a manager served us tonight. She was very busy and we completely understood. However, she didn't bring us bread until we asked, was rude when we asked for things or corrected her on bringing the wrong salad. She never checked in us, didn't bring more bread, didn't refill drinks. Which isn't great but I get it She is busy. At the end our baby got fussy so my husband took her to the car while I waited to pay. I had to ask 3 times for the bill. Finally I stood up and said I was leaving and needed to pay. This is when she started to yell, claiming I never asked... I did. That I was rushing her.. I wasn't I waited 15mins after my husband left. And that I was being rude. I wasn't. I was calm and collected and waited as long as I could. She then made a seen and told me to leave after I followed her over to where the machines are. I left crying. We love this place but it will be hard to come back.

March Break so of course restaurants are very busy, yet we didn't wait that much, all the staff was very pleasant considering how busy they were koodos to them. Darlene our waitress was fast, efficient and very friendly. We had a great supper there!!

I must say, they have improved immensely. Two years ago during Thanksgiving we had their chicken parmesan and it was literally the worst restaurant food I have ever had. The service sucked and I seem to remember getting sick from it  Went tonight to give them another shot and the service and food rocked it. Good job with the improvement guys.

Great service, by Rachel. Good food but not very friendly as I was harassed to give a five star review by Lalit, the Manager. Would not recommend coming on his shift. But Rachel was absolutely phenomenal as a waitress.

This East Side Mario’s is so much better than it was years ago. Husband and I needed dinner with taste and we were not disappointed. Everything came hot, beautifully presented and delicious! Will be returning soon.

Horrible service missed half of our order called them they left me on hold for 9 min called back they did the same no manager would come to the phone. Wedding soup was great except it was about a half of a cup for $7.99 not enough for small child never mind an adult

My husband and I came with our 8 year old for lunch. Our server was Lalit. He was welcoming and hospitable from the time we came into the building until we left feeling satisfied and full. He is new to our country, and has a lot to learn with regards to table maintenance and East Side etiquette bringing the bread asap , but speaks English well & is open to communication.  We had the Mario’s Trio for lunch. Soup and bread was delicious as per usual. The only con during our meal was the romaine lettuce in the salad was slightly bitter than normal. We understand however, that there is a shortage of lettuce at the moment in Ontario and are not holding it against the company. We will return. Thank you East Sides Huntsville for. a lovely lunch.

We are family of 4 with 2 kids visited the Huntsville's Eastside Mario's restaurant during our vacation on Dec 16, 2022. We are regular customers to Eastside Mario's at our hometown. We ordered a full meal Chicken Parmigiana pasta which comes with all you can eat salad/soup and a Pizza, which is normally enough for us.  We were told we are not allowed to share the salad, otherwise the all you can eat deal is off! The waitress who named Cathy/Katherine she said either one is fine kept an eye on our table whenever she passed by to make sure no one is sharing the salad! Our kids were hungry so they shared the salad with my husband and we lost the all you can eat salad deal and not allowed to refill for free unless we paid.  This is just ridiculous! We never knew Eastside Mario's has such harsh rule!! It's a Italian restaurant and Italians love sharing foods! Not only that, we always find customers at Eastside Mario's sharing foods including salad and soup! This doesn't make sense to us at all! If it's not allowed to share, why provide tong for the salad?!  When questioned, she said if we ordered "another" full meal with all you can eat salad/soup, then it will be no problem sharing! What kind of logic is that? I am not talking about the Pizza as we do know it is just a la carte. It truly sound like a threat! We cant' even finished the pizza at the end and asked for take out. We are just a small family with 2 kids for god sake! There has no warning or instruction anywhere in the restaurant nor the menu! We told her our kids only took small portion of the salad because they were hungry! She said we should order small Caesar salad for them!!!! Totally unreasonable and unprofessional!!  We noticed other table people are sharing salad as well which has always been the case whenever we are at Eastside mario's! How do all the servers keep an eye on every table to see who share the salad or what not!!!! We truly do not believe this is the rule because we have been to other eastside mario's restaurant and people do not TRACK who is sharing salad/soup!  Will not go back again for sure even though we visit new our cottage often at the location with family and friends! Won't recommend it either because it just slap you on the face it's an Italian restaurant Italian loves to share foods with family and friends but you are not allowed to share the so called all you can eat salad unless you pay more!

Great service from Lalit Sharma. Very accommodating and welcoming. We spoke quiet a bit about sikkim : and Bangalore.. feeling nostalgia  definitely recommend
