Best saffron ice cream in Calgary! The owner is such a honest, kind and good hearted person. Will definitely come again!

Went at 11AM to buy sausage rolls as reviews for them were great. Unfortunately the staff said they wouldn't be available for at least an hour. I have purchased at this bakery several yeats ago so instead I bought mini raspberry donuts, poppyseed Danish and cinnamon buns. Both the raspberry donuts and the danish were very dry. Made me wonder if they were day old as it was only 11AM. Cinnamon buns were fresh but filling in the cinnamon buns and the raspberry donuts was scant. Family ate them but I definitely won't be back. Not the same quality anymore.

I haven’t been to this bakery since I was a child. Went there today and got some treats. Was expensive but from my memories I thought price was worth it. I bought a couple apple turnovers at $3 each and was very disappointed to find I was lucky if there was a tablespoon of apple filling in each if them. Pasty was delicious but filling wasn’t there. I this isn’t the same bakery quality it was years ago.

Possibly the best cake I have tasted in Calgary. Ordering was easy and they made a Canadian flag cake in a timely manner. You can order via Skipthedishes and Doordash apps as well. My diet is suffering ever since I found this store.

I picked up pastries and a Christmas Log for the big day and was not disappointed, well besides the fact that I forgot my sticky buns on the counter but that's another story and my fault. Absolutely delicious and devoured, all of it, the fluffy pastries went first and were the hit of the party until I brought out the Xmas Log for desert, which was to die for. Thank you so much for being the icing on Christmas day! Wonderful!

What a great little bakery! Stopped in after my booster appointment at the pharmacy in the same building and couldn't resist getting a bunch of treats for myself and my family. Absolutely delicious! And the staff were so friendly. Highly recommend!

I grew up in the neighbourhood and used to visit this bakery lots as a kid! I stopped by recently for some cheese buns and pastries, and was a little disappointed after finding out they were both stale and quite dry. I love the original recipes of their baked goods, and the staff was very kind. However I do feel that they might be leaving things out too long, otherwise not a bad experience.

Wonderful local bakery! Friendly staff, lots of delectable made in house treats to choose from. The Eclairs are made with real cream and the apple strudel is flaky. I've never been disappointed. The only con I can come up with is they aren't open on Sundays.....Of course everyone deserves a day off so that doesn't really count! Also if you're looking for Saffron they often have little jars and extra local goodies in the small 1/2 fridge off to the side. Stop in, you'll be happy you did!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bakery in my home area that can compete with the other popular bakeries around town. This small shop has a huge selection of fresh pastries, breads, and desserts. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend a stop here if you're in the area and have a sweet tooth!
