Swatch the Store Yorkdale

Don't bother coming here. Swatch attendants at this location don't know their own watches. I asked to look at one of the new touch-screen watches and asked about how to use it. The attendant took 5 minutes to figure out how to switch to timer mode. When I asked how to start timer mode, it took 3 attendants to figure it out. I commented "this seems like a tough user interface". The swatch salesman said that "even a child can figure it out". I next asked about water resistance and was told "it was waterproof up to 30 m". When I corrected the attendant explaining it was water resistant up to 30 m, I was told I can "use it in the shower". Don't buy a watch from a place where the salespeople don't even know how to sell their own merchandise. This store just destroys the swatch name.

Friendly staff that works in the kiosk. The watch display is nice, although somewhat limited. It would be nice to see more watch models available. I guess that's the downside of a small kiosk. As far as service is concerned, nothing to complain about. Prompt, knowledgeable about their own line, and pleasant. The watches are nice too.

Great watches for kids. We needed a replacement band that they had to order. Limited stock on hand is a downside to this kiosk. Friendly, helpful staff.
