My experience at Raffi was amazing. I received the best service from Betty, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first Rolex purchase, and let me just say Betty definitely delivered and was a delight to work with. Her friendliness, genuine personality, and high-quality service made the process very seamless. Yes, one must be patient throughout the process as supply is very limited but having someone like Betty makes the eventual purchase worth it! Thank you for making my birthday, and my first ever rolex purchase ever so special. After visiting various Rolex dealers in the US and Canada I decided to deal with Raffi at yorkdale. Staff were very polite, I dealt with Vicky she’s highly knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions I had regarding any watch. I told Vicky which model I was looking to purchase and less then 6 months later it arrived! I will definitely continue to purchase from Raffi Jewellers and deal with Vicky it’s been a great overall experience on the purchase of my first Rolex and hopefully many more!
My consultation experience with Vicky Li was amazing. As a first time shopper, she was personable, friendly, and professional. Got my loved 41mm Day-Just Rolex from Vicky last month, waited for a reasonable time to arrive. She is patient and professional, take times with me and helped with my selection. Love to visit them again when I need another fine pieces.
My journey of owning a Rolex started with Alex L. at Raffi Jewellers in Yorkdale. Entire process from our initial meet up couple of months ago to “the call” has been an amazing experience. Regular follow ups were made, I was able to check in time to time, felt comfortable inside the store, and enjoyed conversations with Alex as he was attentive about our occasions and meanings behind owning the watch. When you are buying at this tier, you want to have a good experience. It is unfortunate that many retailers forget how to provide a good service and experience these days. But not at Raffi Jewellers.
