I had the pleasure and honor to experience the Berani team. I had purchased my luxury watch in Europe and the other one from Yorkdale mall. For some odd reason no other jeweler or watch station would repair/handle my watches. I stumbled upon them on google and so I decided to try it for myself. After living in Europe and experiencing the vip services/luxury brands out on that side of the world I was hesitant to let a jeweler handle my products. However, Nareg ensured I walked out feeling extremely happy and with a big smile on my face. I even mentioned your brand to my cousins who will visit from Colombia. Thank you very much for taking care of not only my product but me too. May your business continue to thrive and I hope that you continue to teach Canadians what luxury/self-care is all about! Great collection of precious jeweler and watches. Very courteous staff. They offer custom design that blends sophistication and warmth. This is family owned and operated business.
I brought a watch with a leather strap in and asked a female salesperson to swap the leather strap with the original bracelet. She passed my watch to a male worker. He tried to force the bracelet in from the dial side using a knife and managed to scratch the lugs really badly. He didn't even seem to understand my complaint and reluctantly polished the lugs with a compound or something. I really feel sorry for my watch with the thinner lugs. They shouldn't handle luxurious watches.
Poor customer service. Same people owns and manages the Swarovski location in Bayview Village. Their business philosophy is happy to take your money without caring for your satisfaction. Best to spend your hard earned money where you are respected and valued. Additional comments in response to the Owner's Comments: I have only been to your Swarovski store which bears your name and which you own and operate in the same mall. The fact that instead of reaching out, you would try to delegitimize my comments which are based on poor customer service I experienced from your staff / management, confirms the same ill customer service attitude at both stores.
Professional authorized dealer for a few luxurious watchmakers. Picked up 2 watches from here and both experiences were stellar; staffs were very eager to let me try on various timepieces until I found one that looked the best on my wrist. Also been very helpful with minor servicing like link switching and resizing. Good luck.
Professional, Honest, Friendly and such an absolute pleasure to deal with Berani Jewellery. What a beautiful store and I had the pleasure of dealing with Nareg! From the moment I called from Montreal until the day I came to pick up my watch, he was absolutely amazing. The true benchmark of what an authorized Cartier dealer experience should be like! Great service and selection especially of Brietlings and Breguets. The owner is very much hands on and is a classy soft spoken man; no pushy sales nonsense. His staff are great as well & they are fair on pricing.
Had an amazing experience shopping for my Omega Seamaster with Nareg, he was very polite, no pressure and accommodating. Went to two other dealers the same day prior to Berani and the service/price was not on par, so it was great that I was able to walk out that evening with the watch of my dreams! Thank you so much Nareg and Berani for the fanastic experience, defiantly earned my recommendation to friends, and my future business. Best.
Berani came recommended to me by multiple friends. After hearing from so many different people that I should visit their store, I finally did this weekend. My only regret - not doing it sooner. Having purchased many timepieces across different continents not trying to show off, just qualifying my opinion, I can safely say that Berani is now my favourite store in Canada and top 3 that I’ve visited globally.
