Very poor service, I ordered a ring online and was having trouble with some discoloration even though I didn't wash or do anything hands on with it on. I contacted customer service and they told me to bring it in to the closest location to get it sent to a repair shop. I then went to this location and they didn't even want to hear anything I had to say once I told them I ordered it online. I then called customer service once more to get her to explain to the associate what to do. in the end she finally accepted to sent to the repair shop after all the hassle. Next time I would make the trip out to the polo park location to not have to deal with associates who don't have a clue on their own company policies.
