Fort Richmond Jewellers

My comments and recognition are going out to (F.R.J.) Fort Richmond Jewelers. I recently inherited an old family mantel clock that looked great but did not function as it had in the past. I could not trust it to provide accurate time, nor did the chimes function anymore. After F.R.J.’s thorough inspection of the clock and an assessment of its personal family value, I was given a couple of reasonable options explaining in detail how they could modernize the time peace without making any changes to the exterior look. I followed their recommended suggestion and was pleasantly surprised at the success of the final product. It finally functions accurately complimented by chimes that remind me of my childhood. That kind of value cannot be measured. All in all, I was very impressed with F. R. J’s professionalism, knowledge and especially their patience in answering my questions. F. R. Fort Richmond Jewellers is a great small jewelry store. The gentleman that helped us was nice and helpful and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Even though the place is small, they had the largest selection of mens wedding bands that I had seen in one place. We were able to find the one we wanted right then and there, and they customer service alone was worth the visit. Very happy we decided to check it out.
