Hired this company based on price and reviews. Definitely would hire this company again. Professional and friendly. Made the move worry free. They were careful and efficient.

We recently moved our mother from a condo to a retirement residence and hired Swan Moving & Storage based on these reviews. We were thrilled with the professional service of the 3 young men who moved her. They were polite, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. The whole job took much less time than expected and there were no hidden costs - what was quoted is what we paid. This was a very emotional move for our mother and we were happy that the whole experience was so smooth and stress-free!

I would like to express my great satisfaction in dealing with your company on my three separate moves. All your men were very polite, courteous and totally professional in their work. Your main man on all three jobs did a fantastic job of co-ordinating everyone and everything to help make our moves go as easy as possible. I would absolutely recommend your company to anyone I know who is looking at the arduous chore of making a move. The office staff were also equally helpful and attended to my needs in regards to setting up and booking the three moves.

Movers were fast, well-organized, courteous. Even though they are getting paid hourly, they do not waste your time; they get the job done as quickly as possible while still being careful with your belongings. Website also posts up tips to help speed up your move. Glad I chose them.

BUYER BEWARE**** We were over charged by $300 and the job was not done. We made a deal for $1050 + 10% (if the job went over time) +HST. That should have been Approx $1300. That was a firm deal in writing. We were given a bill for nearly $1650 and they cited having to wait extra time (which we negotiated) and they didn't put the second bed together or have to move many items. I had to argue just to get the price back down to the agreed upon deal. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
