I used self storage unit for about 5 years. I liked when they call a month in advance, to remind me that they only had one cheque left. This gave me time to write new ones without being worried, dead line, late fees. They go that little bit more for you . I would use them again if needed.
I’ll never go to another storage place in Guelph again. Their service is amazing, fast friendly, no line up! And their prices are very comparable.

Excellent customer service! Five star!!! Ruth and Ray both were wonderful during our very stressful chaotic move transport cancelled last minute, access and arrival time was thrown off because of that. They were extremely kind and understanding, quite accommodating and gave us a very competitive rate. Ruth made the signature process easy and was quite organized and I can't say enough positive on her behalf. The premises are very clean and tidy, the controlled temps are dry and consistent. The bonus of the lock being provided on signing is convenient. I think the only down sides I could mention is the gates aren't sensitive enough without a vehicle and exiting and entering via the gate is impossible on foot or bike. And 24 access would be much more of a convenience to those who don't work regular day jobs. Otherwise, I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
Self Store Storage in Guelph was very well kept, there was no issues with water, rodents or any other issues you sometimes hear about from storage places. They did keep a good, clean storage facility.
Clean, spacious and cheap. Julian was always great at helping with what I needed, even when I lost my key and needed the lock cut at the end of the summer.
Awesome service. Helped my mom get her storage unit and was very helpful
Alright prices. Storage units were fairly basic and did the job. Staff are also nice.
Great curious and professional staff and very competitive rates. I highly recommend
