SVP Sports - Cartwright

I ordered clothing on black Friday and they had a good deal on their merchandise. I went to go pick up my items at the store because I didn't want to wait too long for delivery. The clothes fit great and I'm a happy customer.

Great experience shopping here today, I was greeted upon entering received good service from the staff while shopping, and then acknowledged again upon leaving with my purchase. This stuff is important folks, it gets noticed, good job! Complements to management.

staff here were so incompetent and messed up so many things that I ended up being such a wasted trip even though they were supposed to hold an item for me. I called beforehand to ensure had size available for exchange which said yes and held for me. I arrive hour trip and shoe size is 2 sizes too big and not what i asked amd confirmed on call. then only shoes left were half size bigger which i said i take. I asked if could hold while I took quick browse around since i'm there. I looked for 5mins and when i tried to check out shoes held for me, they sold them to someone else and it was last pair. staff didn't even seem to care and they were so unorganized.

Love this place. At the time of my visit, they had limited stock of women items especially shoes and the size that I need. Great value for money and a nice stock of known brand items. This is my new go to place.

used to come here for shoes, bags, clothes....feels like it's mostly kids stuff largely since covid. Prices are good but I shop online for the reason. There are no stores close to me, apart from this one. Shame you guys closed queen w location.

I have been to many places for shoes at big malls like stc and eaton etc but somehow this place beat all the deals. You can get really good deals on shoes for your family . I found some good t shirts too . Good shoes and staff is really friendly and helpful. Sometime place good get busy so its good to come in off times

A great place to go n look around for sports item lovers, cuz some item were much cheaper than regular big-brand franchise stores and outlets. I bought a indoor soccer shoes. That model launched 2 years ago, but that time the price was 239 cad, now I paid 89cad. First time to be there, the staffs were enormously kind, they helped me get my size back n forth many times. For the soccer items that u look, this is the best place.

2 months after purchase date, 2 weeks of use. Inner lining is breaking down. Looks brand new though. I rate them 1 star because their return policy won't cover you for items that you buy for the next season, like winter boots that you buy in the summer, etc. If your complaint exceeds 60 days there is nothing they can do other than giving you discount from your next purchase. I spoke to the manager who was super nice but unfortunately unable to do anything in this case. Although he did offer me a 30% discount from my next purchase, but after spending $100 for these boots I think it's a little bit unfair and pointless. Fixing the damage would cost me $96 at a mid range shoe repair shop. I don't want to ruin their business or anything with this review. I'm just sharing my opinion. I'd recommend this store to any sports lover who likes to take risk by shopping here and then not being able to claim any complaints if it exceeds 60 days, regardless if the item was used or not. Their staff and manager is very nice but they lost me as a customer.
