Went to do a return on an online order today I brought all required info/receipts and a blonde, older woman helped me out. She was very nice in helping me find sizes in jackets that would work out should I place an order for a jacket that is only sold online again. Made my experience in store a good one. Thank you!
I am addicted to the quality, comfort and design lululemon offers. After wasting money on budget sportswear option I have decided to buy one quality item that will last instead of two that will become dull and unwearable. Easy to navigate website, great customer service in store and great selection of merchandise. All you need is to buy one tshirt and feel the difference.
This location has one of the RUDEST employees I’ve encountered in customer service. I went in on Sunday. She was listening in on my boyfriend and I’s conversation and began to express her opinion on the personal conversation we were having. She then starred at me the entire time cashing. I returned the item today at Vaughn Mills because I do not support companies that have such rude employees. Learn some respect and speak when spoken to!
Only speaking about the men's section, but it's jammed so tight it's hard to move around. There's a table in the middle that basically makes 2 very narrow aisles around it. It's way too tight in the men's section to be able to walk around and look. I've never been greeted or even spoken to in the store by an employee - pretty much don't seem to come to the men's section ever from what I can tell.
I recently visited the Lululemon store at Yorkdale mall and was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. Even on a busy day, the store was well-staffed and I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. It's clear that the staff at Lululemon value their customers and go above and beyond to provide an exceptional shopping experience. I was also impressed by the abundance of change rooms available. It can be frustrating to have to wait in line to try on clothes, but at Lululemon, there were plenty of change rooms available, making the process quick and convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Lululemon store at Yorkdale mall and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality workout clothes. The store itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the abundance of change rooms is a convenient feature. Plus, with such a wide selection of stylish and functional clothes to choose from, you're sure to find something you love. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, Lululemon has something for everyone.
Beautiful clothing, clearly catering to a mostly female clients. You're paying for a brand name and quality so don't have sticker shock. Last visit the sales associate was attentive and was very helpful.
5 star service today from the ONE associate who was friendly and helpful ; curly hair with glasses ; helping me find my size at the womens sweater table - thank you! The store is jammed, very little room to move around.
I purchased an item on final sale which was $109 at lululemon Yorkdale on Dec 30th. Then the day after Dec 31st, I found the exactly same item on sale in Toronto premium outlets lululemon store and it only costed $49. I feel I was cheated by your store. Please mind your price equity and consistency with other lululemon stores.
A great variety of clothing for both men and women. It's great that you can also order items that are not in the store with a sales Rep using their online system. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Out of all of the Lululemon stores across the GTA this is my favorite location and it's always clean.
The lady who was in the yoga pants wall section, 4th OCT around 7pm, told us don’t touch the products because will massed up her work. While we were gently and carefully reaching out to see one pant and putted it back correctly.
