Suzy Shier

I have had terrible experiences at the Suzy Shier in Bower Place. The one associate is very unfriendly and unwilling to help. I recently tried to return a shirt I received for Christmas and she shot me down, first saying that it was too late, which I then pointed out that it said right on the receipt that holiday returns accepted until January 13. She then claimed that since the shirt was 50% off, it was final sale, which I then showed her the receipt proving that it was actually a regular priced item. Then, she gave this awful spur of the moment excuse that "well this shirts tag is not fully attached so it cannot be returned." So, I gave up, and when she handed me back my shirt I said thanks, and she said nothing back to me and watched me walk out of the store. Terrible, terrible service. I will not be going back to this location any time soon.

Terrible place to work in let alone shop in. The manager was racist, rude and did not care for anyone but herself. All the girls working there have 0 customer services skills and are either glued to their phones and or talking gossip with their coworkers. Everything about Suzy shier is EXTREMELY unprofessional.
