Staff seem as if they do not know what you are talking about and do not seem knowledgeable in the horse/western field From a source: "I went in there and I asked if they sold conchos, after she grabbed another associate to try and help me I ended up googling a picture for them and was told, "ohhh those thingys, no we don't have them." Could've saved 15 minutes if I went somewhere where they knew what they were doing."

Sales girls are terribly annoying and most of them know very little...no question they work for commission. The sales manger here is one of the nastiest lady's I've ever met, acts like she knows better than everyone and is unwilling to provide helpful assistance. Will never return to this store again!!
