I just had one of the nicest shopping experiences. The staff were so friendly and personable. They helped me find some outfit options and checked in on me even though they were busy. I absolutely hate clothes shopping as it usually makes me hate my body but the staff were honestly the best. I'm sitting in my car writing this feeling great about myself after being there.
Went in there for something specific and when I couldn’t find it Grace helped me find it and helped me find a whole outfit to match. She was one of the best retail staff I have ever dealt with. 100% recommend going to shop there and get her to help! She was amazing and super super kind and great!!! Thanks again Grace!!
I am writing to express my disappointment with your lack of jeans with speakers. As a frequent customer at your store, I was dismayed to discover that you do not offer this unique and innovative product. I believe that jeans with speakers are the future of fashion, and I am disappointed that your store is not keeping up with the times. I am a music lover, and I love the idea of being able to listen to my favorite tunes while wearing my favorite pair of jeans. I am disappointed that your store does not offer this option, and I hope that you will consider adding jeans with speakers to your product line in the future. In the meantime, I have written a short song to express my disappointment: I went to the store, looking for jeans with speakers But I was disappointed to find that they were not there I wanted to listen to music, while I strut my stuff But now I'm left feeling down, because I can't get enough Jeans with speakers, oh how I need them But the store doesn't have them, and now I'm feeling so mean Why don't they have them, I just don't understand I want to listen to music, while I walk on the land I'll have to look elsewhere, for my jeans with speakers But I'll always remember, the store that didn't meet my needs I'll keep on searching, until I find what I want Jeans with speakers, oh how I need them to flaunt Jeans with speakers, oh how I need them But the store doesn't have them, and now I'm feeling so mean Why don't they have them, I just don't understand I want to listen to music, while I walk on the land thank you
They have the most helpful and friendly staff. They go over and beyond to help find outfits for my son, husband and myself. Hands down the best service in town!
Absolutely amazing place 100% thanks to the employees! I am Nonbinary and often feel very intimidated going clothes shopping, the staff here made every effort in my opinion to not gender me and use no assumed pronouns and helped me find masculine clothing instead of assuming I'd want 'girl' clothes. While the prices are higher than I normally spend at a store, the staff working when I went in was incredible, especially Daisy, she was so friendly and helpful and when I complimented her outfit, she was wearing all clothes from the store which I find is which is really impressive and a super great look for a store to have empoyees that actually wear their clothes. They went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure I had the sizes i need and find things actually similar to what I was trying on instead of just trying to sell me on randoms items. I felt like I was in a luxury store with how much proper customer service i was recieving. 10/10 for this specific branch.
I swear every time I come here, the staff are always so kind and very helpful. Thank you to the manager and her assistant manager for your help. Very much appreciated.
I had recently bought a pair of jeans; however, the jeans I had purchased were slightly big and were the only ones left in stock, the manager person who helped me out picking jeans super sweet lady told me not too worry and to take the jeans home and put them in the dryer and see if they shrink and if not I could bring them back to be returned. She ripped the tags off and stapled them to my receipt. I was skeptical purchasing at first because you typically can’t return merchandise after it had been washed/dried etc. However she was very reassuring that I would 100% be able to return them, she told me she had left a note for staff if I needed to come back and return them. I went back today to return them, I wish I had our previous conversation on recording because she found every possible reason to refuse the return. The item had not been washed and only put in the dryer for about 15minutes. I am very dissatisfied with the service as I was not able to return them and instead was offered a gift card. I feel like I was set up for this purchase/ return.
The staff is fantastic! Haven the manager has put together a really good team. They are friendly, welcoming and genuinely want you to find something you love. More importantly they take care of my daughter and she loves going in to see what treasures she can find. Thanks guys!
This location is great and I know this store would never mislead any customer by giving them the wrong advice for the clothing they buy, I always get great tips from the staff and I always leave feeling more confident then I did when I walked in!
The boy manager is terrible ! Freak out when I asked about return policy and was rather rude when I came back in to return one item out of my 6 items !! A young girl worker very rude as well!! Completely ignored me when I asked for a size. Other manager and employees very kind and helpful. but those two employees need some lesson on how to treat paying customers!!! Will not be returning when I see him or her in the store
