Sutton Apothecary is a fully accredited pharmacy and has provided customer-focused health care to the area for more than 125 years.

Story

Our doors originally opened in 1876, back when we were known as Tremayne’s Pharmacy, and we’ve been in continual operation ever since.

We also have a long-standing relationship with the long-term care community, with 20 years of experience in providing services to long-term care homes.

Small local pharmacy that also carries a limited amount of vitamins, minerals and supplements. Carries a good selection of scented candles and some home decor.

I was very happy with the way I was taken care of the day I had my vaccine. It was very easy to book the appointment. The pharmacist was so helpful and made sure I was at ease while having my vaccine.

Today was my third experience with Sutton Apothecary and I have to say that each time I’ve gone for my Covid-19 shot, the staff seem friendly, personable and very professional.   I’m grateful to them for being able to administer shots in arms as this meant I didn’t have to incur any long waits at larger clinics, and it was only 2 minutes from my home. Thank you to all the staff at Sutton Apothecary!

Hello All, I want to let you all know of the great service that I received from the Sutton Apothecary . I made our appointment a little after 10:30 AM and by the time that I printed and filled our our consent form it was time to leave. Upon arriving at the drug store we were very friendly greeted by the receptions and offered a chair, we had no sooner sat when we were directed to the booster shot administer who was also very pleasant and friendly, we were back home by noon and relived that we had more great protection against this virus thing. My experience receiving my booster was excellent.  The staff are very friendly and helpful.   The nurse was very friendly and the experience was pain free!!   Much different atmosphere them going to a large clinic.  Thank you!

Had to do a pcr test, and I have to highly recommend them. Their booking system was easy, they bring the test to your car, you do the swab, then they come get it. Such a relief having somewhere close that’s professional, efficient, and friendly on top of it.

Very easy to book my PCR test online. Arrived and called the number on my confirmation email. A staff member came out promptly with full PPE handed me my kit with gripper to keep her distance. Instructions for the swab were very easy to follow, and I must admit so much easier to swab your own nose even though the swab is still way up there. Called the number again and same lady came out very quickly to take my sealed swab sample. I will definitely use this service again!

Thanks, Melissa at Sutton Apothecary. Getting our Booster shots was a stress free experience. You are friendly and kind, yet competent,  making us feel relaxed.  Things went quickly and smoothly.

Thanks to a friend in Georgina, I heard of the opportunity to get my booster shot at Sutton Apothecary. My experience was fabulous from the start to finish. I booked my appointment online easily and also printed and filled out the screening form to be ready. On the day of, I drove up to Sutton my first time entering Sutton and located the place easily. Free parking 2 hour limit was available in front of the store on High Street.  I was greeted with warmth and was seated in a queue. It turned out that the appointments were running late by 45 mins that day due to some unavoidable circumstances. However, I was called up nearly 30 mins after I was seated. I didn't realize 30 mins flying by though. Such lovely and friendly customers there. Jokes, laughter, and chatter from those in the queue made time evaporate faster. The nurse or the dose administrator was super nice. They ensured I was aware of everything that was going on and made it a very pleasant experience!  I was also able to observe the pharmacist being very approachable, professional, and uber helpful to their customers. It was a beautiful and cozy small town experience that I missed in the city.  Kudos to the team!

Staffs are friendly and professional.  Store is clean and bright.  Their price is reasonable as a convenience drug store.  One of a good store in town.
