I was just at the Sussex location at real Canadian superstore in West Bank Bc. The agent was extremely rude. I admit I got frustrated when I was told I would be charged to cancel my plate if I didn't have the registration. This didn't sit well with me as I have been in the car business for many years and have had agents cancel plates without registerations many times!! I told her she was getting brutal with me and her response was yeah well you're brutal. Her name is Corrine ( I think) I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Also, She was trying to charge me to update my pre authorized payment information! The other agent ( a blonde woman) told her a few times there was no charge for it. She was very confrontational. The agent who I delt with had glasses and shoulder length brown hair. She was awful and I will never deal with this location again because of her.

Hi Monica - I do not see you on our history/database at the West Kelowna location , however I have seen your reviews on another broker . I hope you have a better experience in the future at your local broker. Thank you
