Sushi Ro

Never had a complaint! This place is awesome. You are welcomed as soon as you walk in, and there are two small tables to sit and eat (they are usually available). Every sushi I've ate here have been nothing but tasty! The rice doesn't overpower the flavours in the rolls - you can actually taste the avocado! My orders usually come with free something - such as a pop can, spring roll or a roll which is generous of them. As for price, I would say it is on the cheaper side compared to other sushi places I've been to. 5 stars! UPDATE: Since the last two times I've been here the quality has decreased to find that a new guy is working. Volcano roll is siracha soup...90% cucumber and 10% of other things is not what I paid for. Would not recommend going back. Skimp on the sides now :(

Best sushi place in the West side. The price is amazing, the quality is stellar, the customer service is unmatched. If you never been to sushi ro ans you in the market for some great sushi, please check them out, you won't regret your decision!

Easy on the cucumber! I ordered "Roll Combo" (dynamite roll, California roll, 3 salmon, 3 tuna). I've never had so much cucumber on one plate. Every piece of sushi was about 90% cucumber and 10% other things - with the exception of the dynamite roll, which was half lettuce. I mean, I get it, fish is more expensive than vegetables from the restaurant's perspective, but the name of the restaurant is *Sushi* Ro, not Cucumber Ro.

Fricking awesome! For the price & quality you just can't beat sushi ro. Have been coming here for years and it's still the best bang for your buck out of any sushi place in winnipeg. Plus the lady that works in there is super nice 👌
