My girlfriend and I have come here a couple times now and consistently we have been greeted with such an excellent atmosphere and delicious food. The restaurant has all the charms of a small shop with a very cozy, warm and inviting feeling. I am not sushi aficionado but with so much flavour from the differing pieces it makes me believe that this is one, if not the top in town for quality.
Amazing food taste, clean and neat presentation, love the service, and they follow your instructions when it comes to ordering . We ordered for holiday lunch at work and it was a delightful experience! Definitely quality , premium food!! Way to go sushi BLUE
Go to sushi in Aurora/Newmarket. Sushi was great fish was fresh, alot of filling inside without a ton of rice, rice was fresh and soft presentation beautiful, and great service. Smaller location but inside is very unique with little trinkets and different furniture. Great for takeout as well. Highly recommend
we ordered salmon teriyaki and black dragon roll , it was really good. we will come back to try different roll and sushi as well , highly recommend in Aurora !!
My husband and I were in the area for an event this past weekend. Sushi Blue was amazing! The presentation was excellent. The quantity and quality of food was too marks. We were provided with excellent service. What a gem!
This is one of the better sushi restaurants in Aurora; the fish is pretty average, but you can't complain this far north. I like the interiors a lot; it's a little shop that sells cups and trinkets making it feel quite cozy, yet the seating is still comfortably spacious. The service was very friendly and polite; I would recommend dining in here.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this sushi spot. I felt good vibes from the moment I walked into this mom-and-pop shop, from the warm cozy interior to the friendly and hospitable service. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were also generous!! The photos don’t do the size of the hand rolls justice. The owners were so sweet and went above and beyond our expectations. Aburi is the act of blowtorching the fish to be semi-cooked 8 pieces of perfectly cooked nigiri A perfect sampler of their nigiri ~ -[ ] $. The piece of duck in the nigiri is smoked just right! Rice amount in the nigiri is perfect Topped with green onion and a little bit of sauce ~ -[ ] $. Inside consists of crab meat salad Also has cucumber in it! Topped with torched scallop, spicy mayo, and tobiko -[, , & ] $. The maki isn't just cali rolls 6 pcs! It also includes 5 pcs and 5 pcs The sashimi and sushi variety is varied Overall just a great platter if you don't want to make any decisions as you can try a lot of different things! This place was adorable I wish I remembered to capture a photo of the interior but I was starving and too focused on the food It honestly felt so homey to dine in there earlier today with my friend! I was looking for a sushi restaurant to have lunch at but noticed my usual go-tos like @mine_sushi_aurora and @minami_sushi_canada were still not open for dine-in so I turned to Google in search for a place in So glad to have tried this new place because the food was 100% worth it and the service was amazing! Our tea and water was refilled constantly and our server was extremely kind Additionally, I love that they offer a vs option for their because I trying multiple different things whenever I eat This option enables me to try many more rolls than normal on my next visit!
Food safety issue. Disgusting. I ordered sushi from here. I opened the box and thought it was a sesame seed on my sashimi but it was actually a bug and you can see this clearly on the photo. The bug was there before I opened it btw so don’t believe the restaurant reply. I cannot eat from here anymore, can’t believe this place is that disgusting despite all the 5 star reviews.
Delicious, warm, friendly, clean and inviting : The entire staff were so nice and the sushi was honestly amazing! We got one of the platters and was super impressed with the quality of the sushi and the bubble tea was great :
