Fantastic food and service. We had a party of 8. All staff were helpful and friendly. The food was quick to be served. Dishes were cleared quickly. The wait staff always noticed when drinks needed refreshing. This was the first time all 8 of us had been to this restaurant and we all will return likely with others! Also, a great atmosphere and decor!

If you are looking for amazing food and service this is the place for you! This was my first time at a Korean BBQ restaurant and the staff were patient with my questions and made great suggestions as to the amount of food we should order. We got the Premium Menu and the meat was top quality and so tender! It is an All You Can Eat restaurant and my family took full advantage. The Kimchi was amazing, and the sushi was delicious. The grill was spotlessly clean as was the restaurant itself. The staff were helpful and friendly and very efficient. We will be back for sure and cannot wait to bring friends!

Very lovely and pleasant time spent in this location of Chako! I had experienced the best customer service from the servers tonight and it needed to be said, Good Job! Our servers Mei and Charly provided prompt and incredible service, along with assisting in answering all the questions we had in regards to the menu items. The manager Tom came by towards the end to ensure that everything went smoothly, which was really nice to see how interested all the team was, in making sure all customers are happy and had an amazing time! 10/10 recommend this location!

Let me start by saying the staff were warm & welcoming & catered to our every need! On top of the absolutely excellent service, the food was delicious. The spare ribs were heavenly, the pork was marinated deliciously & the chicken was to die for! They have a wide range of veg options & a lovely assortment of salads to start. The restaurant itself is gorgeous & cleans, & they take COVID protocols very seriously. It was a little pricy, but you definitely get what you pay for. I certainly be recommend this location! 5 !

I absolutely love Chako. The food is so delicious the beef is my favourite thing ever, and the staff are so attentive. Dishes were brought out quickly and empty dishes were cleared away just as quickly, as well as water being filled up and the changing of the grill. Friendly, attentive and efficient service from the minute you walk in the door. It seems pricey until you realize just how much food you are getting and the quality of it.

Good food, easy to find. We got there and asked for a quiet place. They asked us to wait while they cleared up a table for us at the far corner. We were seated within a few minutes. The food was really good. It was weekend so lamb and beef was abundant. Service was good and communication was very good. When the bill arrived the service charge was on the bill and pointed out. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to the next visit.

Pretty good overall. Dimly lit interior, cozy seats, good fresh meat, quiet environment, very very polite and professional waitresses. Prices are fair, though slightly higher than I remember. Definitely coming here again.

The food, as always, was excellent. The service was even better. Priscilla and Carol were amazing. They catered to our needs during our entire meal. We go to Chako a lot but this location is probably the best. Amazing first experience after that long lockdown. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Edit: Went back a couple of times again, and this time, service was again exceptional. Charly and Sheila were amazing. Friendly, accommodating, courteous and professional. Food was great as usual. But customer service is always A++++. Highly recommend.

One of the best Korean BBQ restaurants I've been to. A fun experience for all. Definitely a great place to have a date night or just a nice night out with family or friends. Food is delicious and offers a good selection of items to grill.
