I had to post the reviews after experiencing the food with my kids. We all got pretty sick afterwards and quality and freshness of the sushi rolls and tempura was one of the worst experience that really surprised us. I hope the team finds out how to improve the situation and their business.

food quality is fresh but very small when it come to individual maki rolls! price is the same as anywhere else. i don’t recommend you dine in since they’re still not ready or have proper servicing! ordered a Green dragon and Black dragon roll with two simple appetizers and the lady taking my order said “thats a lot of food is it all for you? ” made me laugh but whatever. There’s better sushi places in town, this place is probably more convenient to pickup or do delivery order but id still wouldnt try again.

Best in town, and probably the original sushi restaurants in town. Their ingredients are always fresh, affordable prices, and the staff are always super nice!

I live in Aurora and have been going to this place for years. It has typically been excellent. Unfortunately the portion size and quality have gone down lately. They had a little price increase recently which was certainly justified and frankly well deserved, but they need to keep the quality and quantity consistent. Will give this another chance, but if it isn't back to the way it was I'll be looking for a new sushi 'go-to'. Check out the pieces of salmon in this roll. Just because it's not a presentation piece atop rice doesn't mean that you can stuff the garbage in a roll and hope nobody notices. This was basically like the salmon equivalent of gnawing the cartilage off a poor cut of beef. I had some salmon nigiri as well and the salmon portion was much smaller than I've had in the past. Unfortunately I failed to take a photo of that but I do have a photo of what it was like back when the quantity was good you can see the pieces were so large they curl under at the ends.

Great restaurant. Delicious sushi, sashimi and rolls. Their bento boxes are also delicious. Overall fantastic quality for value. Here's the latest order we placed. Mind blown! So delicious.

Best sushi place in town. Been coming here for years, handrolls are made fresh and are fantastic. The restaurant is currently setup just for takeout, which works out well for me because they are so quick to prepare your order.

Friendly staff and good service. This restaurant is not authentic Japanese, so do not expect high quality sushi, the prices are ok, the taste is regular.

3.5/5 The portion was pretty small, but I suppose with the price it was fair enough. Wouldn't necessarily recommend this place if you're looking for fancy, gourmet level Japanese food, but it's perfect for a quick, Japanese-convenience-store level meal on-the-go. I can certainly see myself coming back again :

Best sushi ever! I have been coming here for around 10 years and the sushi is always fresh and delicious. The owners are kind people who always get my order right! Value for price is also incredible.

Not really set up for dining probably due to covid but the food is good and prices aren’t bad. They have lots of variety and options.
