Sushi Bang

I ordered from Sushi Bang through Ritual and they have a good system in place for easy pickup. The order was prepared on time and ready to go for me. My issue was the quality of the rolls. A lot of rice and the fish was not the best quality I’ve experienced either.

Got two spicy scallop combos for take out. The scallops were terrible, very fishy and not fresh. Had to throw them out. The tuna and the dynamite roll were slightly fishy as well. Will not go again and would not recommend.

Sushi was all mushed up. Feels like someone didn't cook the rice right and messed up the water:rice ratio. I almost had to puke it out. Tasted like a watery pulp of sweet, salty, and raw fish.

Disgusting and below average quality. Didn’t even eat my rolls, rice was mushy and flies swarmed the table.
