INCREDIBLE butcher shop! Upon my arrival to my AirBnB at Amnicon Lake, my host highly recommended Superior Meats when I mentioned I was looking to buy some meats for BBQing. Next time I come back to Superior, I will definitely be grabbing a some meats here again!

Needed meats for a 4th of July party. I asked for largest ribeyes. Added a little seasoning and out of 4.4 lbs of ribeyes not even one piece of meat left over. We drove 40mi to superior meats and was worth every mile of gas. Staff was friendly and in and out. Thank you superior Meats you now are my meats store for now on.

Anytime I’m near Duluth I will force my fellow road-trippers to cross over the bridge and get some beef jerky. Colorado is literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. But don’t buy any of it.. because then that’s less for me…

Great jerky! Revised 12/18/2022. Been coming here in hopes of getting some jerky, Colorado or north country, but they never have any. I ask if they will have some and they always say "they are making some tonight" show up and none. Then when they have any other flavor they will sell the whole bucket to one person. Will not be making the drive and wasting my time. Had to change my once great review to one star. Don't waste your time.

This is probably my favorite butcher shop. Love the brats and smoked sausage most. Many options/flavors to choose from!

Jerky use to be the best in town. Hands down.. I’d get a pound one a week. Sometimes order 3 pounds. Last couple months it just hasn’t been good. It’s way way to thick for one don’t taste smoky enough. I got a batch And it was like wet still it definitely was not ready. I went back and said something the kid behind the counter said that how it’s supose to be. And didn’t offer to fix anything or a refund. I’ve been eating jerky since before he was born he’s got no idea. For 25 bucks a pound it should be amazing Everytime .. so I’m not going back anymore .. on the bright side I’m Saving tons of money. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t offer to make things right instead pretty much told me to stick it

Lots of variety - almost overwhelming on your first visit! Helpful staff and reasonable prices considering all their beef is USDA Prime. I can't wait to try everything I bought! Will definitely return.
